Founded in 2014 and currently with 35 members, the Polymers and Biopolymers Technology Laboratory (TecPBio) has as its main mission to support research and the generation of human resources in the undergraduate and graduate courses of the Materials Science and Engineering course.

Located at the Federal University of São Paulo, at the Institute of Science and Technology, in São José dos Campos-SP, the Laboratory of Technology in Polymers and Biopolymers (TecPBio) has as its guiding professors Profª. Dra. Ana Paula Lemes, Prof. Dr. Fábio Roberto Passador and Profª. Dra. Mirabel Cerqueira Rezende.
